(16 ounces) refried beans

cheddar cheese, divided

flour tortillas (6 inches)

Easy, quick, & delicious! I added 2 tsp adobe seasoning & a can of rinsed black beans as I needed 10 servings and only had 1 can of refried beans. Served it with homemade salsa, sour cream, & veggie enhanced Spanish rice, as a side dish and had no leftovers!!!

We loved this easy dish! The blend of beans, salsa, and rice was delicious! Don't make my mistake-I forgot to cover during cooking, resulting in my burritos being dry. They were still tasty in spite of my mistake. Thanks for another good recipe!

Made these as appetizers served with a light salad.  Everyone raved about them!

We like to make chimichangas from this recipe.  Without cheese on top, fry them in several tablespoons of oil on both sides.  Drain, plate, add hot salsa and top with cheese and cilantro.
Oh, so good!!

So delicious and so easy to pull together.  I use a little homemade salsa in the bottom of the baking dish.  Family approved!!!

Cheap, easy and delicious recipe :) I add some taco seasoning for a little extra flavor. Perfect dinner for a busy weeknight. The recipe makes a lot so we always have It for lunch the next day too.

These went over extremely well chez Aquarelle tonight, so well that my husband and my daughter argued over who gets the two leftover burritos.  Excellent meatless fare, not too spicy, but easily doctored up if you prefer spicy.I used good-quality jarred salsa (we like Mrs. Renfro's Black Bean Salsa) but these would be fun to try with various homemade salsas.  And you don't have to make all twelve burritos at once.  The filling will keep, covered and refrigerated, for a few days.  I think the burritos could also be made in advance, wrapped separately, and frozen.  Will definitely be making these again.

Wife who always requires meat for dinner initially snubbed at this dinner but liked it so much that she’s requesting it for dinner again tonight.

I have a 6 year old and a husband who rarely like vegitarian meals but this is somethig we all dive into for dinner and the next day for lunch!  Plus is is so economical and easy to do.  I also have a newborn baby so meals like this save me so much stress!  I would recommend ( and have) this to my friends and family any day!!!!

Really delicious and couldn't be simpler. I added half a chopped fresh onion for crunch; and, I used Old El Paso Fiesta Rice because it caught my eye in the store when I was picking up tortillas. Took about 10 minutes to put it all together, didn't bother measuring the cheese or salsa, just eyeballed it. Baked without the cheese topping on 350 for 15 minutes, added some cheese and baked for about 6 more minutes. Served with sliced avocado and sour cream. This is going in regular rotation in my house.

This was so easy and i added Beef and my 3 adult men ate every bite and wanted more thanks for a fast easy recipe.

This is a very simple, budget friendly meal that you can adjust to your familys' tastes. I sometimes add ground beef or left over pot roast to the filling along with mexicorn and other times I make it with only the ingredients listed. This recipe is a keeper for me and my family!
