Step 1
Cut the steak into even, thin strips and mix together in a bowl with all the marinade ingredients. Cover and put in the fridge to marinate for a minimum of 2 hours.
Step 2
Chop the broccoli into even, small pieces.
Step 3
Mix together the beef stock with cornflour and set aside.
Step 4
Once the steak has marinated, remove it from the fridge.
Step 5
Add oil to a wok and turn to high heat, fry the broccoli for 1 minute.
Step 6
Pour the steak (with its marinate) into the wok and stir fry for 1 minute, then add the stock and remaining 4 tbsp soy sauce.
Step 7
Mix and cook for a further few minutes until the sauce is thick and coating the broccoli and steak - remove from the heat and serve.
