Ingredients: Cooking spray; 2 pounds ground beef; 1/2 cup breadcrumbs; 1/2 cup milk; 2 large eggs, lightly beaten; 1/2 small onion, grated; 1 clove garlic, finely grated; 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley; Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Preheat the oven to 450˚ F. Line 2 baking sheets with foil and coat with cooking spray.

Combine the beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, parsley, 2 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl; mix with your hands until combined. Form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs (about 30). Arrange the meatballs on the prepared baking sheets. 

Bake the meatballs until browned and cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes.

Love these meatballs!!!  So moist!  I changed up the recipe by adding a 10oz jar of jalapeno jelly, doubled the breadcrumbs, and used 2 tsp of jarred minced garlic.  I used Italian seasoning breadcrumbs, and I will up the amount of garlic next time. This is definitely my go to meatball recipe.

As a young chef these were super easy to cook for my best meal. I would recommend are looking for a easy thing to do.

First time ever making meatballs. These were stupid good.  I added cumin, doubled the garlic, and didn’t add parsley (in nursing and have to avoid it for now).  They were so easy to make. Makes me feel like an idiot for being so intimidated all these years.  Delicious!  My husband said they’re the best meatballs he’s ever had!  Major heart eyes!

Great recipe for no nonsense meatballs in a hurry. Double it, make 5 dozen, vacuum seal packs of six, and freeze until needed. Equally as good with spaghetti sauce, barbecue, or brown gravy.

This was so easy and really delicious. 100% recommend.

Great recipe. The meatballs kept their shape and the flavor was good but mild. I topped them with bbq sauce.   They would be good in gravy or pasta sauce as well. 

I loved it. I use meatloaf mix for most full beef recipes. Makes it milder . The quick bake keeps them tender.
