Ingredients: 1 cup flour; 2 tablespoons onion powder; 2 tablespoons paprika; 2 tablespoons dried parsley; 1 tablespoon salt; 1 tablespoon black pepper; 1 tablespoon granulated garlic; 1 tablespoon celery seed; 1 tablespoon basil; 2 teaspoons rosemary; 1 teaspoon oregano

Homemade beef stew seasoning that you can use instead of the store-bought packets!  Use two heaping tablespoons of the mix per stew recipe.

Beef Stew Seasoning

flour

onion powder

paprika

parsley

salt

black pepper

garlic

celery seed

basil

rosemary

oregano

Whisk together the ingredients until combined. Store in a glass jar.

To use instead of a packet of stew seasoning, simply shake the jar to combine the ingredients again and use two heaping tablespoons to season your stew.

Great seasoning recipe. Used the seasoning for a Dutch Oven beef Stew. Added some additional vegetables including peas like rutabagas, green beans etc. it is a perfect basic seasoning blend to give a rich flavor to the meat and vegetables and can easily adapt a little heat etc if you prefer toward the end.
