Beet Salad Recipe

roasted beets

feta cheese

basil leaves

balsamic vinegar ((optional see note))

olive oil ((optional see note))

salt and pepper (to taste (optional see note))

Toss all the ingredients and serve.

Not much flavour other than my garden beets.  Used Parmesan instead of feta.  Will look for a different recipe in the future.

I just made this. Tasty! I added panela cheese instead of feta. This recipe is a keeper.
