In a large bowl, combine the dry pudding mix and the Greek yogurt, stirring until well combined. Then, fold in the Cool Whip and stir again to mix well.

Next, add in the berries and mix to combine all ingredients thoroughly. I set my frozen berries out for about 10 minutes before making the salad, but you can put them in frozen and they will thaw very quickly so you can serve thes alad right after mixing.
