This Berry Fruit Salad recipe is the perfect way to use up leftover berries! It’s quick and easy to make, plus tastes extra refreshing when tossed with fresh mint, lemon juice, and a hint of honey.

Berry Fruit Salad

strawberries,

ounces fresh bing cherries, pitted

blackberries

blueberries

raspberries

mint leaves

lemon juice

honey

Add the strawberries, cherries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and chopped mint together in a large bowl.  Set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and honey until combined.

Pour it on top of the berries.  Then gently toss the fruit salad until everything is evenly coated with the lemon mixture.

Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 3 days.

Holy schmoley - this was SO GOOD!  I didn't have cherries so we had strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, and blackberry salad.  It tastes even better the next day!  We had it with the baked chicken which I'm going to leave a comment on because it was also fantastic.

OH. MY. GOD. So simple but truly one of the MOST delicious things I have ever eaten. I highly recommend using finely grated lemon zest also. YUMMMMMMMMM!!!

I wouldn't bother with the lemon juice and honey. The fruits are delicious on their own. I have used fresh and I have used frozen. The berry/cherry juice makes a fab dressing.

This recipe is fabulous. Very refreshing. My boys (17) ate a lot. Before they didn’t eat much fruit.
