Step 1

Place the jelly crystals in a medium heatproof bowl. Pour over the boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add the cold water and sherry and combine.

Step 2

Divide strawberries and blueberries among four 125ml (1/2-cup) capacity glasses. Pour over the jelly mixture. Place on a tray in the fridge for 1 hour or until set. Serve with cream.
