Soak the cashews for +10 minutes in hot water.

Step 2

Boil the peeled and dice potatoes and carrots in salted water for 12-15 minutes.Depending on the size, more or less.

Add the potatoes and carrots to a blender and add 1 cup of the broth as well. Add the drained soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt,garlic powder, paprika powder and cayenne pepper.Blend until smooth.
