Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
In a small bowl, combine all the dry ingredients to make the seasoning rub.
Brush each pork chop with olive oil, then apply the seasoning rub liberally. Be sure to massage the rub into the meat, ensuring all sides are well-seasoned.
Arrange the seasoned pork chops on the foil-lined baking sheet.
Bake the pork chops in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Monitor closely and when the internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 140°F, as measured with an instant-read thermometer, remove from oven.
Allow the pork chops to rest for at least 5 minutes after removal from the oven. This rest period allows for carryover cooking, which will increase the internal temperature to the recommended 145°F.
