Step 1
In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour the gin (or vodka), dry vermouth, and olive brine. Stir it well until the outside of the glass is very cold, about 20-30 seconds.
Step 2
Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail or martini glass.
Step 3
Drop in the olives or skewer them on a cocktail pick and lay it across the rim of the glass.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
