Step 1

Blend the soft tofu with 1 cup of water. Add the oatmeal, zucchini and banana to a deep bowl. Pour in the tofu milk and microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring half way.

Step 2

Stir in the protein powder. Add more water if needed and microwave for another 30 seconds to warm it up again (if needed). Add toppings and enjoy!
