Export 9 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 2
Microwave Mozzarella and cream cheese in a bowl until soft, about 40 seconds.
Step 3
Add egg, Almond flour, remaining ingredients, and spices. Stir and blend well using a spatula, into a dough ball.
Step 4
Optional – you can proceed right away but for best results – let the mixture cool or freeze it for 30 minutes or else the dough may be sticky
Step 5
Divide the dough into 6 parts. Form an even ball with each piece by rolling with your hands, then press gently with your fingers to make a circle shape on the lined baking sheet.
Step 6
Sprinkle “Everything but the bagel seasoning” or sesame seeds over the breads and gently press into the dough. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the buns are firm and golden.
Step 7
Serve fresh out of the oven, sliced in half and top with your favorite meats, cheeses, burger or veggies.
