Export 7 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350 F/180 C.
Step 2
In a large bowl whisk oil with sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and whisk until fluffy.
Step 3
Add in 2 cups of flour, baking powder and salt. Mix with a wooden spoon until dough forms. If the dough is sticky add up to 1/4 cup of flour.
Step 4
Pour in chocolate sprinkles and knead until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Step 5
If it's still a bit sticky, cover and place in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes. It's ok to skip this step if the dough is rollable.
Step 6
In between 2 pieces of baking paper roll out the dough.
Step 7
Cut out desired shapes (I used stars and hearts) with cookie cutters.
Step 8
In half the cookies cut out a small shape in the center.
Step 9
Bake cookies on a parchment lined cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes until edges start to brown.
Step 10
Transfer to a cooling rack and let cool completely.
Step 11
When cookies are cool, spread nutella on the flat side of each complete cookie and top with a cookie with the center cut out, flat side down.
