I've been tweaking my recipe for a while now and I've finally found the best scrambled eggs ever! My friends and family love it, and I make it almost once a week before school.

Best Scrambled Eggs

Cheddar cheese

heavy whipping cream

butter

Whisk eggs together in a small bowl until smooth. Mix in Cheddar cheese, ham, and heavy cream.


Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture; cook and stir until set but still moist, 3 to 5 minutes.


"TO DIE FOR" scrambled eggs!  Only one change next time...... double the recipe!  Loved it thank-you.....

Replaced ham with a few sprinkles of Hormel real bacon bits. 
Turned out great!

Fluffy and tasty, this is a keeper.  I shredded the cheddar very finely an used some extra to garnish the dish.  This a quick and easy recipe that delivers and you can easily make it your own.  Thank you!

it is good. but try adding a teaspoon of texas pete hot souce  it makes it even better

The best scrambled eggs I have ever eaten!

I did this with one egg and half a slice of cheese and it really could have been a meal itself. Next time I'm entertaining folks who are hankering for breakfast in the morning, I know what I'm making!!

Fantastic however I didn’t have heavy so I just used normal milk and it worked great

The recipe was awesome!  Just to "kick it up" a bit I added a splash of White Truffle Oil I ordered from Amazon...it was only $12 for an 8 oz bottle!  Wow...I felt like I was eating at 4 star restaurant!

I love the idea to add the cheese in before you cook it! The only change I made was putting in half the cheese in before you cook it, and the rest I sprinkled on at the end.

didn't have ham or heavy cream....used milk instead. added more cheese before done cooking

Delicious  and Easy to make ! Doubled the recipe that’s it .. I have always tried getting my scrambled eggs fluffy and tonight this recipe  Made it possible
