Step 1

Sauté onion in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic until fragrant. Break apart Beyond Beef like you would ground beef and mix into garlic and onion. After 5 - 8 minutes of cooking add 1 cup of water and the packet of taco seasoning. Stir to incorporate. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Add carrot.Let simmer for 5 - 10 min.
