Add enough water to the drained reserved pineapple to equal two cups.

Heat the water/juice mixture in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave until boiling point.

Add the Jello and mix well.

Add in the cherry soda. Stir well.
Step 5
Chill for 60-90 minutes or until partially set.
Step 6
Add in the drained pineapple and drained cherries. Mix well.
Step 7
Pour into a deep 8x8 baking pan (at least 2” sides).
Step 8
Refrigerate until firm.
Step 9
Serve with whipped cream and a cherry on top.
