Add the heavy whipping cream and almond milk to the skillet, lowering the heat to medium. Sprinkle in xanthan gum, salt, and pepper. Continue to stir and cook the sausage gravy until it has thickened to your liking. Additional xanthan gum can be added for a thicker gravy.
Step 4
Cut the biscuits in half and top with about 1/4 cup of the sausage gravy to serve. Add freshly chopped parsley for garnish, if desired.
