Step 1

In a large container with a lid, combine the almond milk, almond butter, preserves, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond extract and salt. Stir in the oats. Refrigerate overnight until set.

Step 2

Stir the oat mixture, then divide among four 8- to 10-ounce jars or glasses, layering the chopped dark cherries with the overnight oats. Top with the yogurt and grated chocolate, if desired.
