Soak cashews in a bowl with water for at least 2 hours.

Put the pot on the stove to boil the water for pasta.

Drain your cashews and put them in the blender with black garlic, nutritional yeast, oat milk, salt, and lemon juice.

Blend until smooth.

Cook pasta according to box instructions.

Drain pasta.

Combine pasta and sauce.

Place pasta in oven safe dish. Add cheese on top and bake at 400 degrees until the cheese has melted.
