Pat the Mahi Mahi Fillets dry and season all sides with Lane’s Blackening Seasoning
Step 2
Using a cast iron skillet or a regular skillet. Set the stovetop to medium/medium high heat. Add 1 tbsp butter to the skillet until hot and melted. Cook the Mahi Mahi fillets 2-3 minutes per side. The internal temperature should be 145 and you should have a nice crust from the blackening rub.
Step 3
In a bowl add 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp The Fireshire sauce, and a squeeze of lemon (1 tsp) - mix
Step 4
Make the sandwich - add guacamole (see notes for our recipe), Mahi Mahi, and lettuce to the bun. Drizzle with Fireshire Mayonnaise and enjoy.
