Preheat your Blackstone over high heat.

Pat your fresh fish fillets dry and then generously season with the Blackening seasoning and the salt.

Put the oil down on the griddle and put the fish on top of the oil.

Lay out all the tortillas on the griddle to warm also, if there's room on your griddle.
Step 5
Flip the fish after about 4 minutes, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes on the other side. (If your fish is less than 3/4"-1" thick, it'll take less time to cook. Keep that in mind!)
Step 6
Remove from the griddle and load into your tortillas. Top with the fish slaw and enjoy while hot with limes for squeezing.
