Step 1

First place the bacon on the Blackstone Griddle. Cook bacon until it's crispy. Remove the bacon from the griddle and place on a few paper towels.

Step 2

Next cut the Brussel sprouts in half. Place them onto the griddle in a single layer and coat them in bacon grease.

Step 3

Top the Brussel sprouts with salt and pepper. Cook on medium with hood closed for 4 minutes. Flip the Brussels and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until tender and charred.

Step 4

Remove Brussel sprouts from the griddle and transfer to a medium bowl. Chops bacon and place on top of the Brussel sprouts. Mix well

Step 5

Optionally top with balsamic glaze.

Step 6

Serve immediately.
