Step 1
Preheat the Blackstone Grill over medium high heat (approximately 400-450 degrees F).
Step 2
Spread the oil out onto the grill. Then place the diced chicken onto the grill on top of the oil. Season the chicken with the minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Toss the chicken on the Blackstone to make sure that the chicken is coated in the seasoning mixture.
Step 3
Cook the chicken until all sides are browned and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (approximately 5-6 minutes per side). Then top the chicken with the fresh lime juice and half of the chopped cilantro. Toss coat the chicken in the lime and cilantro.
Step 4
Remove the chicken from the grill to a plate.
Step 5
Then place the tortillas on the Blackstone grill and cook them for 1-2 minutes per side until they are warmed and slightly black on each side.
Step 6
Remove tortillas and then it's time to assemble the tacos.
Step 7
Use 2 tortillas per taco and top each one with the cooked chicken, diced avocado, red onions and the remaining cilantro. Enjoy!
