Step 1

Preheat your griddle over medium heat.

Step 2

While it is preheating, prep your asparagus by washing it well and snapping off the woody ends.

Step 3

Add the butter to the griddle and let it melt.

Step 4

Add the asparagus and let cook on one side for 1-2 minutes. Season with all the seasonings while it cooks.

Step 5

Roll the asparagus so the other side cooks. Cover with a dome.

Step 6

Add the soy sauce during the last minute of cooking. Remove when crisp-tender and enjoy while hot.
