Step 1
Add the potatoes to a large pot and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil and boil the potatoes for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are fork tender.

Drain the potatoes and allow them to cool slightly.

Heat the Blackstone Grill over high heat.
Step 4
Place the butter on the griddle and spread it out with a spatula.
Step 5
Then place the cooked potatoes on the Blackstone grill and press them down with a cast iron press or your spatula.

Top the potatoes with half of the oil, salt and pepper. Cook for a few minutes (3-5 minutes) until the potatoes are golden brown.
Step 7
Then flip the potatoes, season the other side with the oil, salt and pepper. Cook for a few more minutes until golden brown.
Step 8
Remove from the grill and serve warm with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
