Export 8 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Line an 8x5-inch baking dish or loaf pan with parchment paper.
Step 3
Combine the almond flour and the maple syrup in a bowl and mix until a sticky, clumpy dough, that holds together when pressed, forms. Add the water if it seems too dry.
Step 4
Press the crust into the prepared baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Allow the crust to cool for 15 minutes.
Step 6
While the crust cools, blend the bananas and 1/2 cup of the blueberries until the mixture is the consistency of a purée.
Step 7
Pour the fruit purée on top of the cooled crust.
Step 8
Sprinkle the remaining blueberries, the chocolate chips, and the coconut on the fruit purée and gently press down on the toppings until the purée rises up and covers them.
Step 9
Bake the bars for 40 minutes.
Step 10
Allow the bars to cool, and then chill the bars in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours and up to overnight.
Step 11
Slice and serve.
