Add the blue curaçao in the Prosecco glass. Top up with dry, chilled Italian Prosecco.
Step 2
Optional to make it fancier: first rim the Prosecco glasses with sugar before adding the curaçao and bubbly, then cut white ribbon and tie bows on the glass' stem.
