Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, combine muffin ingredients down to (and including) the chopped pecans. In a separate large bowl, combine the rest of the muffin ingredients, mashing up the bananas until everything is combined. Gradually add the flour mixture to the banana mixture and mix until everything is combined.
Step 3
Grease muffin tins or line with papers and fill about 3/4 full with batter. This recipe should make about 20 muffins.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine crumble topping ingredients and add a spoonful to each muffin (enough to reach the top of the tin or paper).
Step 5
Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
