Step 1
Bohnen putzen und in ca. 4 cm große Stücke schneiden. Karotten schälen und in Scheiben schneiden.
Step 2
Die gewürfelte Zwiebel in etwas Öl glasig anbraten. Nun die Bohnen und Karotten hinzufügen. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und Bohnenkraut würzen. Kurz anschmoren und mit der Gemüsebrühe ablöschen. Das Ganze nun nach Geschmack ca. 20 bis 30 Minuten, je nach Dicke der Karottenscheiben, köcheln lassen.
