Step 1

In a pot, heat oil over medium heat and fry beef bones until they turn color. Add vegetables and bay leaves. Pour water and apple cider vinegar into the pot and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Cover and cook broth for 24 hours. Strain bone broth and serve hot. Season with salt.
