Step 1
Add the chicken, Traeger Texas Spicy BBQ Sauce, Traeger Apricot BBQ Sauce, bourbon, honey, garlic, and onion powder to a resealable bag. Massage to coat the chicken, then seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
Step 2
When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 450°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
Step 4
Place the skewers directly on the grill grates toward the front of the grill. Close the lid and cook until starting to char, 2-3 minutes, then move to the center of the grill and cook until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F, 8-10 minutes more.
Step 5
Serve hot. Enjoy!
