Cut dry haddock into pcs 1-1/2 inches long.

Step 3

Mix soy sauce, sugar, chopped green onion, mioced garlic, red pepper threads, pepper, sesame seed pwdr, sesame oil and rice wine to make seasoning sauce.

Step 4

Shred onion thinly.

Step 5

Place shredded onion in bottom of pan and add in small amount of seasoning sauce. Place dry haddock pcs in pan, sprinkling both sides of each piece with sauce.

Add in corn oil and 3 Tbsp. water to (4), cover with lid, and simmer about 20 min till seasoning sauce is well blended and haddock is cooked. by Jong Joung Lee Variations:
