Step 1

Mix the garlic and onion together in a small bowl

Step 2

Add the chiles, diced tomatoes & cilantro

Step 3

Mix well then set aside

Step 4

Cut each avocado in half length-wise and remove the pit

Step 5

Scoop the flesh of all the avocados into a large bowl

Step 6

Add salt and lime juice, then mash using a potato masher

Step 7

Add the onion/tomato mixture and mix well

Step 8

Taste for seasoning and serve
