Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Cut Top Sirloin (3 pound) into 2x2-inch cubes. Leave as much fat cap on the meat as possible.
Step 2
Place the meat into a ziptop storage bag and add Vegetable Oil (1/2 cup), Water (1/2 cup), Garlic (1 clove) and juice from the Lime (1). Work the marinade around so all meat is covered and marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator.
Step 3
Prepare charcoal rotisserie grill for cooking. Propane rotisserie grill will work as well.
Step 4
Remove meat from marinade and allow excess liquid to drain. Skewer each piece of sirloin onto rotisserie rod.
Step 5
Season all sides with Coarse Sea Salt (2 tablespoon) and place rod into the rotisserie motor.
Step 6
Cook over hot coals for approximately 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 130-135 degrees F (54-57 degrees C), or your preferred doneness.
Step 7
Use heat proof gloves to remove rotisserie rod. Carefully slide each piece of sirloin off the skewer and serve. Enjoy!
