Step 1

Open your cans of artichokes and drain the liquid. Cut each artichoke heart in half, lengthwise, and place them cut-side down on a paper towel to dry. You can press more liquid out by using another towel on top and pressing down slightly on the hearts.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the dijon mustard and non-dairy milk.

Step 3

In another bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper.

Step 4

Prepare to bread your artichoke hearts by placing the two bowls, plate of artichokes, and air fryer basket in an assembly line.

Step 5

Take a drained artichoke heart half and dip it in the dijon milk, then toss in the breadcrumbs, and then place it in the air fryer basket. Repeat until your air fryer basket in full (not overcrowded).

Step 6

Air fry the breaded artichokes at 370°F for 5 minutes, flip each artichoke half over and air fry for another 5 minutes until golden brown. Repeat this cooking process until you've completed all the artichoke hearts you have.

Step 7

To make the yogurt, simply mix together all ingredients, using spices and herbs to taste.
