Preheat oven to 375º F.
Roll out the pizza dough and fit it into a thick 9” cake pan. Make sure to press the dough into the pan so it stays high on the sides.
Place the colby jack cheese to the bottom of the dough. Spread the sausage over the cheese pressing it to the edges and making sure there is no cheese showing.
Put a piece of parchment paper on top followed by another cake pan securing the dough in place. Put it in the oven for about 30 minutes or until the dough is crispy on the edges.
Combine the egg, shredded cheese and cream in a bowl. Sautee the chopped ham and onions and add them to the bowl of egg mixture.
When the pizza base is done baking, take it out of the oven. Use a paper towel to soak some of the grease off the top of the pizza. Add the cheese egg mixture to the top of the pizza. Bake in a 375º F. oven for about 15 minutes.
Fry bacon in a pan until crispy and extract the grease. When the pizza is done baking after 15 minutes, place the bacon on top and bake in the oven for another 15 minutes. Take out and garnish with green onions.
