Step 1

Lay Flour Tortilla Shell on a flat surface

Step 2

Add a layer of cheddar cheese or Mexican blend cheese.

Step 3

Next, add a layer of Scrambled Eggs.

Step 4

Now you can add the bacon, we used Bacon, but you can use ham, breakfast sausage, or veggies like chopped peppers and Onions.

Step 5

Add more cheese to the top then fold your egg tortilla in half.

Step 6

Pre-heat Air Fryer to 390 degrees.

Step 7

Spray quesadillas with cooking spray or olive oil.

Step 8

Air Fryer for 5 minutes then flip them over and cook for another 3 minutes until golden brown.

Step 9

1-2 tbs olive oil in the bottom of a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Step 10

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place quesadillas on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
