Optional: Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Cooking spray helps the breakfast sausage from sticking to each other if you are cooking a larger batch.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
Step 3
Place frozen breakfast sausage in fryer basket. Do not overfill basket. One even layer is recommended.
Step 4
Cook on 400°F for 10-12 minutes. Flip half-way.
Step 5
Cook on 400°F for 8-10 minutes. Flip half-way.
Step 6
Cook on 400°F for 5-6 minutes. Flip half-way.
Step 7
Depending on your air fryer, the size of your fryer basket and amount of breakfast sausage in the basket, you can shake the basket and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until you reach your desired level of doneness as needed. Be sure to follow FDA guidelines to cook your food to safe temperature.
