Step 1

Wash the chicken pieces, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the mustard.

Step 3

In another bowl, mix the freeze-dried potato with the paprika and oregano.

Step 4

Dip the chicken pieces in the beaten egg and then in the freeze-dried potato mixture, so that they are well-coated with the freeze-dried potato.

Step 5

On the Instant Vortex control panel, press Air Fry, then set time to 25 Minutes and temperature to 355˚F (180˚C). Press Start.

Step 6

Once Add Food appears on the display, place the chicken pieces on the Instant Vortex tray. Close tray and let cook.

Step 7

Halfway through the time, flip the chicken pieces.

Step 8

Eat hot, immediately when done, and serve with French fries and a salad. I like it with coleslaw.
