In a large skillet, heat 2-3 tbs olive oil until hot. Add the broccoli balls and flatten them out a little. Lower heat to medium and cook for 6 minutes. Flip them over and flatten them again with the back of your spatula. Cook another 6 minutes. Lower heat if they are getting too dark brown. You want them golden brown.
