Step 1
Start by preheating your oven to 210°C / 200°C fan oven / 410°F.
Step 2
Finely dice garlic and onion, then add them to a frying pan along with 1 tsp olive oil. Allow them to saute for 4-5 minutes until the onion is soft and translucent.
Step 3
Remove the casings from your sausages, and add them to the pan. Use a fork, spoon or spatula to mash and chop the sausages until they turn into ground sausage consistency.
Step 4
When the sausage has cooked through, add it to a casserole dish along with small broccoli florets.
Step 5
Crack the eggs into a small bowl, and whisk them together until a smooth consistency. You can optionally add some seasoning to the eggs, then pour them over the sausage and broccoli.
Step 6
Use the back of a spoon or spatula to gently press the sausage and broccoli down into the casserole, and cover with grated cheese.
Step 7
Bake the casserole in the oven for about 25 minutes, or until the eggs have reached a solid consistency, and the top is slightly golden.
