Preheat oven to broil.

Place a wire rack into a large baking sheet.
Step 3
Place lamb chops onto wire rack.
Step 4
Place baking sheet on lower rack and broil for 6 minutes.
Step 5
Move to top rack and broil 2-3 minutes more.
Step 6
Remove from oven and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
