Export 11 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Combine the oats, flour, milk powder, salt and baking soda. Mix well and set aside.
Step 2
In an electric mixer combine the butter with the sugar and the brown sugar. Mix well, for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Add in the egg and the vanilla and mix well for several minutes, until very light and fluffy.
Step 4
Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
Step 5
Fold in the toffee bits, if using.
Step 6
Drop scoops of dough onto a baking sheet (I use a 2 1/2 Tbsp cookie scoop).
Step 7
Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes.
Step 8
Remove and allow to cool before drizzling on the glaze.
Step 9
Combine the browned butter, vanilla and powdered sugar in a small bowl.
Step 10
Add in the powdered sugar and mix. Add milk to thin, if needed.
Step 11
Drizzle on the cooled cookies.
