Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper. Brush 1 side of the pastry sheets with the melted butter. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of sugar. Cut sheets lengthways into 3 strips. Roll strips up lengthways, pressing down on each roll. Twist strips.

Step 2

Place on lined trays and bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Place sour cream and remaining sugar in separate small serving bowls. Arrange twists, pineapple and strawberries on a platter. To eat, dip in the sour cream and then in the sugar.
