Step 1
In a medium-sized bowl, shift together brownie mix and flour. Beat in butter, vanilla extract, and milk until it starts to come together and smooth. Set the batter in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Scoop a heaping tablespoon, I actually use a cookie dough scooper, makes the job easy! Pack in the dough then remove from the scooper or tablespoon and place a pan.
Step 3
Once all the batter bite are on the pan, place in the refrigerator to chill 10 minutes (optional, I do this so the batter isn’t as sticky).
Step 4
While the dough is chilling, melt chocolate according to package directions. I heat in 30 second intervals, until chocolate is completely melted.
Step 5
Now you can decide how to decorate the brownie bites. You can roll them in the melted chocolate, or just drizzle the chocolate over the bites as they are. I love to dip the tops into the melted chocolate and top with chocolate sprinkles.
Step 6
Store in fridge or let the chocolate set until ready to serve. Enjoy!
