Brownie Batter Overnight Protein Oats

(50 g) rolled oats

almond milk

serving (44 g) Vega Performance Protein in chocolate

tbsp (14 g) cocoa powder

tsp pure vanilla extract

tsp sea salt (optional, enhances chocolate flavour)

Add all ingredients to a glass container or bowl and mix well with a spoon. Make sure everything is mixed in and there are no dry clumps.

This truly does taste like brownie batter! I made it with PEScience Vegan Chocolate Bliss protein powder since that’s what I already had and it was delicious. Topped it with cacao nibs and chopped walnuts. Yum!!

Super easy and super tasty. I had to use up some vegan protein powder I didn’t love and this was a great way because it just blended in with everything else!  I always make a double batch. so customizable. 

Hi, Great recipe. Made it and was really good! I do have a question about the calorie information provided for this recipe. I have made it exactly as described but cannot get the calories anywhere close to what's listed using the same amount of ingredients. I cannot get it below 400 calories, more like 420 ish. Can you list out the exact brands of ingredients your using for this so I can replicate? I'm on a strict calorie deficit right now and I'm trying to make breakfast meals no higher than 400 calories.

Wow these were fantastic! I have some chocolate hazelnut protein powder which I don't love as it has a funny artificial aftertaste but it worked really well here and just gave an extra nutty flavour.
