Step 1
Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir to mix well.

Add milk to the bowl and whisk until you have a smooth batter.

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, shake off the excess, and place them on a greased baking sheet. Leave a little space between each floret.

Bake the cauliflower for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter until well combined.

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle the buffalo sauce over the florets. Gently toss the florets to ensure they are coated with the sauce.

Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly and the cauliflower is tender.
Step 9
Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese and celery.
