Ingredients: 1 Tbs. olive oil; 1/2 cup chopped red onion; 2 cloves garlic, (minced); 1 tsp. dried marjoram; 1 tsp. kosher salt; 1/4 tsp. pepper; 1/3 cup white wine (OR chicken broth); 2 lbs. green beans, (trimmed); 3 Tbs. butter; 1/2 cup glazed pecans, (such as Emerald brand*)

Step 1

Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Cook red onion, garlic, marjoram, kosher salt and pepper until just beginning to soften, 2 minutes.

Step 3

Add wine and cook 1 minute.

Step 4

Stir in green beans and cook until tender crisp, stirring occasionally.

Step 5

Add butter and stir until butter is melted and green beans are evenly coated.

Step 6

Transfer to serving dish and top with glazed pecans.
