說明食材如上,先把泡麵川燙撈起。高麗菜切絲。

高麗菜,胡蘿蔔絲,蔥段,泡麵的醬包和辛香包加入,陸續加雞蛋和麵粉拌勻。

另起鍋熱鍋冷油煎步驟2,各2糰餅狀,煎至雙面金黃色即可,瀝油撈起。

灑上海苔粉,美奶滋,柴魚片。(已經有調味,所以不再加大阪燒醬)。"蒜味大阪燒泡麵"即完成。
